Такое необычное зеленое освещение бывает оказывается в самые первые минуты, когда включается подсветка, длится минуты 3, и сменяется обычным желтым. Первый раз заметила это на Карловом мосту в Праге, но тогда не засняла, просто не успела, не знала, как быстро оно исчезает. А вот в Генте специально сняла.
