I have been returning to the Greek island of Karpathos, located in the Aegean Sea, for several years.
My favourite corner is the picturesque village of Agios Nikolaos in the northern part of the island.
In the village of Spoa, on the right side, there is a narrow and winding 4 kilometer road that takes us to the sea to the hamlet of Agios Nikolaos.
There is a beach with crystal clear water and a truly peaceful atmosphere.
The surrounding hills hold back strong winds, making this beach particularly safe for swimming.
It was here this year that I came across an interesting scene that looked like a framed scene for a commercial or a scene from a movie.
Namely, at one point I saw swimmers, Jews, who had come out of the water and, in order to warm themselves, spread themselves along the rocks by the sea.
